What should do perfect security staff ?
You will find below the basic responsibilities of a security company
Manned guarding security
• preventing unauthorized persons from entering the premises,
• closing and opening the facility,
• issuing and accepting keys,
• supervision over the entry / exit of people,
• vehicle traffic supervision
• control of material and tool movement directed outside the protected facility.
• providing information to clients in the scope specified by the client,
• regular inspection of the protected area, indoor and outdoor buildings, and carrying out security checks
in terms of security - recording with an entry in the duty book,
• room closure control,
• rounds controlling the state of security in terms of fire and technical protection .
• performing simple cleaning works, (security staff are also focused on performing work as the host of the facility,
show interest not only in protection but also in all matters that make up the proper functioning of the protected facility,
• immediate notification of a person designated by the client about any situations threatening the security of the protected
building (property), and taking protective measures,
• constant contact with the person designated by the client,
• constant contact with the Police, , Fire Brigades, City Technical Services, energy, gas, emergency services for instance.
• keeping official documentation of the facility and documentation according to customer requirements illustrating the course of service i
